Group Picnics and Events

FREE general admission for groups of 25 or more!

1. Catered picnic in our picnic area (min. 25 people) Hot Dog Chips,  and cookie for only $4.00/person;  Choice of 1, 2 or 3 entree meal $7/ person, $9/person, $11.50/person.  Children 9 and under 1/2 price for entree meal packages.   Drink coupon booklets available for water, Pepsi products, or beer.
   
    Entree choices: Hamburgers, Brats, Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, Grilled Pork Chops, or Grilled chicken breast.  Side Dishes: Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Chips, Cole Slaw, Pasta Salad, Macaroni Salad, or Layered Lettuce Salad. Dessert Choices: Assorted brownies, Assorted Cookies, Pumpkin Bars, Banana Bars, or Texas Sheet Cake (white & chocolate)  All picnic prices include  all table service, condiments, service people, delivered to picnic area, set-up and clean up, of food area, Grilling can be done on site for a minimum of 50 people all for no extra fee. Catered group prices included $5.00/person general admission  ticket cost. What a deal, just think, if you paid $5 gate fee.. your food is only $2, $4, or 6 and half bucks!  (Printable .pdf form at the very bottom of this page)

2. You can purchase coupon books in any dollar amount that are redeemable in all our concession stands, merchandise booth, and bar.  Again groups  of 25 or more includes free admission with minimum purchase of $7  dollars/person

We have found that the best way for local businesses and corporations to show their community support and enthusiasm for Quincy Gems Baseball is through Corporate Sponsor Nights. Each home game of the season is sponsored by a business! Through a cooperative agreement with WGEM-AM-FM-TV, the Quincy Herald-Whig, we are able to offer a sponsorship package that can’t be beat! Each Corporate Sponsorship package includes:

• (20) :30 Sponsored ID Announcements on WGEM-AM
• (20) :30 Sponsored ID Announcements on WGEM-FM
• Recognition in The Quincy Herald-Whig ad of your sponsorship night
• 300 Game Tickets
• 12 tickets to every home game
• Public Address commercial announcements throughout the game
• Giveaways of your merchandise at the game (optional)
• Your own private deck that seats 12 for your corporate night

Friday & Saturday........$2,100.

Catered picnic food, or pre-paid coupons books good anywhere in the park at food concession stands, merchandise booth or the bar for employees round out the night to be a success!  All packages are customizable to meet the needs of your group
